Mrs. Ford's Life Skills Class/"All About Me" Project with Publisher 2000

"Students in Jo Ann Ford's seventh grade Life Skills class at Highlander Way produced an 'All About Me' brochure. Topics in the brochure include introducing themselves to the audience, discussing their interests and activities, describing a time in their life when then felt really great about themselves, and listing their positive qualities. Students also set goals and imagine themselves fifteen years from now. Clip art and their picture taken on a digital camera are also included in the brochure. This activity introduces them to career awareness and focuses on their positive attributes to assist them in making decisions that affect their health, goals, and career options."
