| McKinley Institute of Technology (Redwood City, CA) I thought this site would be great since it appears to be a school designated for technology. When you click the staff pages, only a couple of teachers actually have a web site. One of them is Stan Bordagaray who teaches technology to grades 6-7-8. Unfortunately, his web site is only one page and while he does list the curriculum he teaches, there is little else on the site. Click here to see his page. Click here is the site of a Science/Tech teacher at Jefferson Middle SChool, located in Champaign, IL. Although this is more of an Applied Tech class, this teacher does have some of the same links and information on her site that we are required to have. Overall, it is not am impressive site, in my my opinion. Click here to see the Kromrey Middle School Tech Ed web site. Kromrey Middle School is located in Middleton, WI. Again, this is a Tech Ed class so it is not exactly the same thing I teach. I od like that this site is consistent throughout the pages, but do not like the big "Under Construction" stamp across the pages. I ge the bit of humor though...as students in these classes are "constructing" things all of the time. |
